HUNGEXPO Entrance, Hungary

This building has a uniqe form. It is allowing visitors to enter for 2 separated exhibition on the expo side. To develop this fluid shape structure and envelope was a challenging engineering task, but thanks to precise BIM design, it looks stunning.

KISTEFOS Museum, Norway

The building spans the river like a twisted geometry bridge, on which we designed, fabricated and built a custom sheet metal deck. Each panel in the twisted section is modelled as an individual, stand-alone piece, and the analysis of the space between the steel structure and the covering layer has to go beyond the BIM design framework.

Koge Nord Railway Station, Denmark

The new railway station spans like a bridge over an eight-lane motorway and a three-track railway connecting the tracks. The elliptically shaped tube winds and runs over 225 m overhead. We designed a sheet metal cladding for this unusual station.

Ashgabat International Airport - Public Terminal

The upper surface of the building is covered with 18657 sqm of aluminium sheeting, the lower surface with 3013 sqm. The building is characterised by a bullnose section with gold-coloured panels covering 8969 sqm.
The challenge for this project was to create and produce production drawings for the different sizes and shapes of the panels. We also had the task of designing and constructing the design lines in the PTB terminal, the part facing the passenger bridges.

Ashgabat International Airport - VIP terminal

The terminal building is in the shape of a bird, clad with once rectangular and twice curved ALU panels, as required by the client, all mounted on a standing seam metal sheet roof with RIB-ROOF waterproofing system.
The upper wing of the building is covered with 7520 sq m of aluminium sheeting. The lower covering is covered with 1920 sq m.

The National Emblem of Turkmenistan is Akhal- Teke horse. This beautiful creature of nature is the symbol of Asian Games which was held in Ashgabat in 2017.
The shape of the horse is covered with 1300 rectangular, individually designed and produced panels. System is developed especially for this construction.
This is one the most challenging structure we have every worked, because this 200 Ton horse is sitting on a cantilever structure.
Since then the horse head is located its own place. It was very challeanging to install the panels onto the structure and at the end the panels and the required gaps between then were satisfied the constractor too.

VTB Dinamo Stadium, Russia

The VTB Arena Park and Entertainment Complex was a special project. This magnificent, multi-purpose stadium will be home to the Dynamo Moscow football and ice hockey teams. The playing fields for both sports are under one roof. We designed the roof, were responsible for the 3D development and production design and played a major role in the construction.

DAC Stadion/MOL Aréna

The building's special feature is the unique "BARCODE" patterned facade, whose transparency is made airy by the perforated facade panels. After the visualisation of the architectural concept, the task was to elaborate the details and production drawings. The building is characterised by the use of a variety of materials, from the meticulously detailed fence cladding to the translucent tribune canopy.

Royal Commission Jubail, Saudi Arabia

The surface without adjustable profiles was unsuitable for the installation of a RIB- ROOF structure. Therefore the surface was measured with a Leica s910 and compared to the original model. It turned out that the surface differed by about 200 mm. We developed a special tool and structure to track and maintain the surface height. We had the design line fixed to the zinc surface according to the design requirements and then the RIB-ROOF design- steel elements were placed on top of it. To achieve this, we increased the density of the adjustable profiles under the connection points.
